Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses to consolidate company credit card spends and also to claim expenses when employees use their personal card to spend for work related expenditure.

Pros

  • Android and iOS app support.
  • Easily receipt snap and capture feature.
  • Ease of claiming personal expenses.
  • Mileage claim procedure.

Cons

  • Better receipt capture and processing.
  • Credit card statement uploading method.
  • Less admin work.
  • Freed up an employee to do other things rather than deal with admin.
  • Employees use the APP and submit their expenses on time.
It's a treat to use. Most employees now use Webexpenses to log receipts immediately.
Never had to contact support fortunately. This can only mean that the software is well tested and thought out.
Similar concept but Xero's receipt capture and processing is not as good as Webexpenses.
