Webexpenses is used throughout the organisation to process expenses requests. It is a really helpful management tool that facilitates the organisation and reimbursement of expenses. It is very easy and efficient to use and it is way better than filling out a spreadsheet. It helps employees and the organisation to save time.

- Clear visualisation of the approval process and status of the request
- The process of attaching a receipt to an expanse can be clearer.
- It would be good that you could add messages to the approval person with details of the request.
- If any info is missing, the tool does not allow you to send the expense request. However, it is not clear sometimes what information is missing.
- It made the organisation more organised.
- It helped save management's and employee's time.
- It helped the management and storage of expenses.
Webexpenses is the go-to system to save time when dealing with expenses and reimbursement. I often use it to claim submissions, process invoices, and approve expenses.
