Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

As a regular user of Webexpenses, this system makes it easy to track and manage expenses. It is the main package used company wide to input expenses and not only is it easy to input information, it saves time and effort so the inputting can be achieved on the go.

Pros

  • Mileage map - click and drag for precise locations.
  • Sends notifications to remind you to submit your claims.
  • Easy to select options from drop down menus.
  • Trust worthy mobile phone app.

Cons

  • I've had issues setting up my vehicle, so all areas where there are glitches like this could be improved.
  • Easy to make claims.
  • Invoice emailed to inbox re: the claim period to keep track.
  • You can practically claim anything.
It's easy to use. This is the first software I am using and from the get go, I didn't need much training on this. It's set out for easy guidance around the portal, what you need is right in front of you and it's easy to input information into the required fields.
Definitely meets my requirements. It's the one stop place to input your expenses. So far, I've not had to claim anything that has been rejected. The system practically works itself. The app is just as flawless as the desktop version. All your details save into the system so you don't need to mess around re-doing everything every time you use it.

Traveling by car to sites is easy to manage. Type in start address, and end address. The system maps out your route. If the route isn't quite accurate you can drag the highlighted route and place it to the exact position you went to. Not only this, you can drag the whole route to determine other possible routes (as the selected route may not be the correct one). Click RTN to automate a return journey via the same route.
