Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is used across our organization. This is the first time I have worked with an automated expenses system, and I am pleasantly surprised! It makes things so much easier, I cannot understand why I have never heard of it before! The fact it can also be used from an app on a phone makes it even easier; most people have a work phone and this means that you can do your expenses on the go, rather than wait for the usual panic on deadline day, to then discover that you have lost receipts.
  • Ease of use.
  • Receipt capture.
  • Mileage calculation.
  • Nothing that I have discovered.
  • I do not have access to the required information.
So easy to use, I didn't read the manual.
Claimed my first set of expenses this week and it saved me so much administration time, it's unreal!
I didn't purchase the system, but it meets all of my requirements as an employee.

If you claim expenses, then this will be useful. The only non-useful scenario I can think of is if you do not claim expenses.
