We use it to handle expense claims from employees for purchases, transportation, conference participation, etc.

Adding easy hover/click tooltips to explain certain fields or link to org documentation to explain the account codes, etc.

Clear and easy user interface in comparison to other expense platforms or forms I have used in the past.

By using it for all claims processing for staff expenses.

Also used Microsoft C5 accounting software.

Webexpenses is much easier and automates the process.
