Used across whole company. Shortens claim process and the need to submit physical copy of claim.

  • Travel calculation from home address.
  • Breakdown of claims, travel, meals, etc.

Cons

  • Scanner feature for receipts pdf.
  • Shows management miles covered.
  • Shows the cost of public transport.
  • Shows cost of meals in certain areas.
Have found it very quick to learn how to use, may not have mastered them all.

Very good for on the go, claims can be made as soon as you spend. It gives that way of building a claim. Good to have as a day to day record of spends. Will be good to show a trend of spends, what are the recurring expenses.
