Used across whole company. Shortens claim process and the need to submit physical copy of claim.

  • Shows cost of meals in certain areas.
Have found it very quick to learn how to use, may not have mastered them all.
Have got into the habit of adding to claim on day of spend. Has been great to have receipts added on and eliminated the search for them later. Claims are easy to build, travel, meals, transport, carparking, so easy to track on each claim. No need for to set a time to do, build as you go along.
The recording of mileage, the cost for transport and meal. These features are could to build a picture of daily costs. The claims can be verified by our accounts team quickly and no need for delayed claims.

Very good for on the go, claims can be made as soon as you spend. It gives that way of building a claim. Good to have as a day to day record of spends. Will be good to show a trend of spends, what are the recurring expenses.
