Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use it to manage all expense claims by sales and other managers, that have the need to spend either their own money or expense money on a company credit card.
  • Manage receipts in one place.
  • Workflow for approval purposes.
  • Online access - 24/7.
  • Image capture is sometimes difficult to recover.
  • Images are sometimes saved in a format that is difficult to enlarge.
  • Has streamlined the whole process.
  • Has greatly reduced lost documentation.
  • Is transferable via the web.
The system is extremely easy and quick to capture details of receipts whilst on the move.
Removal of all paper claims has greatly improved the efficiency and number of lost items.
I have no issues with the system, it was a good choice by our FD.

24/7 access of all scanned in invoices and receipts at the time of issue is great.
