Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
Webexpenses is used to simplify the expense process for our internal staff. The fact that we do not need to worry about hard copy receipts and that we can upload expenses as soon as incur them has proved extremely useful to the organisation particularly as we have offices all over the world.

- Approve receipts real-time.
- Make the process of adding and expense and attaching to a claim simpler.
- Better views on the app.
- Time saving due to the easier upload process.
- Better tracking of expenses in the back office.
The Webexpenses app could do with some work to ensure the interface is seamless, the online portal is very good and covers all the bases.
Whilst I do not deal with the back office side of thing, as already mentioned the ability to upload receipts and expenses on the go has saved time and effort for all of my reps.
The aim for me was to save time and energy around expenses and Webexpenses has delivered.
