Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It's the platform to submit expenses and mileage. We use the app to take photos of any recipes and load it to the database. At the end of the month we submit the expenses and mileage reports. Then the managers have to approve the expenses and mileage report. And after being approved, the financial department paid the expenses.
  • Manage my recipes and get all information from it.
  • Very user friendly with few click operation.
  • Compatible across multiple platforms.
  • The speed when is loading information from the database.
  • For some reason my claims don't scroll down, so I have to reduce the page size to be able to see what is below.
  • No customization of the "default" claim.
Again, the app is well design but the time to access the database and load something is just too long. It's really frustrating sometimes wait more that 1 minute to open a claim, then making changes, and then close it. It should take no more than 30 sec, but it could take up to 3 or 4 minutes.
Never used the Webexpenses support.
App is good, the web page and database are very slow.

Usually I do not have any problems with the app. The app is very well built and works across multiple platforms. My problems usually are with the webpage, where I submit my claims. Most of the time, it takes quite long time for the page to load. Then I just copy last moth claim to create a claim with the same format. And that usually takes 1 minute to do. Also, when I'm searching for a receipt, it takes a long time to open the receipts database.
