Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

It is used to track and pay expenses, reimbursement and mileage.

Pros

  • Expense management.
  • Tracking reimbursement.

Cons

  • Mileage tracking.
  • Timely reimbursement.
The issue with mileage reporting and tracking is cumbersome and takes an inordinate amount of time to report.
Expensify was easier to navigate and add a receipt to. It also allowed mileage tracking as a cumulative amount.

Using the mileage feature it is difficult to record mileage as it exists currently. Mileage tracking requires that every stop by input on the map which is cumbersome and doesn't always take into account re-routes and additional stops. As far as I've seen there is not a way to enter the total mileage without tracking each stop.
