Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Across the whole organisation to handle expenses relating to travel, working from home and working lunches.
  • Provides accounting with detailed info to evaluate expense claims.
  • Allows uploads of receipts.
  • Comprehensive list of company costing departments.
  • Not intuitive to first time users.
  • Terminology not encountered in other parts of the business.
  • Webexpenses provides a fast way to process expenses without requiring email chains or face to face meetings with finance team.
The interface isn't immediately intuitive to new users who are processing their first few claims, with the terminology perhaps unfamiliar to people who don't work with accounts or finance.
I have used Webexpenses to claim for working from home equipment and working lunches.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365)
Useful for expenses related to scenarios with full invoice and receipt history. Less useful for non-standard items where receipts may not be available.
