Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Everybody in my organisation uses it for expenses like mileage and small payments. It helps increase efficiency and time it takes to repay expenses.
  • It is quick.
  • It uses evidence to back up claims.
  • It is simple to use.
  • Website has easy log in.
  • I use it for mileage and always go to the same places each month from the same location, it takes time to always repeat the same information each money. it would amazing if I could program this in advance.
  • Webexpenses doesn't allow you to program expenses for the future, this is very annoying and really irritates me.
  • I think that changing the colour scheme now and again would be nice.
It is very easy and simple to use.
No, I don't know how to do this, it would help if there was a YouTube tutorial.
I did not purchase it but it does the job of working out my mileage expenses.

Great for mileage not great for completing very long expense reports as it could take long to repeat information which could be programmed in previous months and remembered via login.
