Easy to Use, Improvements on App would make Ideal Expense platform!

The desktop online version is very easy to use but the app iPhone version is not -- the app often crashes when trying to upload a receipt but using the app is the fastest/easiest way to get a receipt onto the Webexpenses portal, as opposed to taking a normal photo, saving it down/e-mailing it to yourself and then uploading the photo onto the desktop version. If the capabilities and functionality of the iPhone app version could be improved then expenses could be filled much quicker and more efficiently.

Workflow is good, ease of use of the system is mostly intuitive and the detail/organisation of raising expense claims.

It is quite intuitive to use and requires little to no training so new starters are able to also use it with ease when making claims/expenses. There is a good drop down list of options to choose from when making each expense within a claim to make it clearer to the approval teams on what each expense is related to. It is great that you can start a claim and come back to it at different times. I just find that the app version isn't as easy/straightforward to use so I purely use it to upload receipts onto the app and the fill out the rest of each expense claim on the laptop on the website.
