Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses is the claims management service for the whole business.
  • The phone app collates receipt images very well[.]
  • The receipt upload works well[.]
  • Submission is easy once the claim has been created[.]
  • Receipt area is a bit confusing on the app[.]
  • Same for the web portal[.]
  • Not my area of expertise[.]
It can be confusing. I rarely use it so have to re-learn it every time so this is probably only my issue[.]
This is a question for the finance team - I'm just a user & we have no option but to use it[.]

For general expenses it's OK but splitting one expense into different items can be very confusing[.]
