Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Across the whole organisation for expenses submitting and management. The software can be quite clunky at times, I have trouble saving, submitting, and attaching receipts.

Pros

  • Clearly labelling
  • Receipt breakdowns
  • tracking of payments

Cons

  • Receipt adding
  • Adding people to claims (e.g. big lunches)
  • Timing out
  • Not sure as not in my remit.
As previously mentioned, some areas do not always work. It seems sometimes like an effort to get small things through - lots of questions.
Not sured.
Not within my remit of works.
Suitable for what it is needed for.
