Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use this for all our expenses. We mainly use it for mileage but we also use it for any receipts we have and these can be for anything from catering to stationery etc. We can input these daily, weekly, or monthly.
  • It's very easy to use.
  • Good and clear explanations.
  • Easy to access on phone.
  • Trying to see receipts.
  • Trying to add receipts.
  • It has made filing expenses easier.
  • It is good how it allows you to use this on your phone.
  • It helps me to manage the people I manage.
Because it is very good but with all things, it could always be improved.
i've not had to use it so I can't comment.
It's good as we no longer have to complete expenses sheets and work out totals etc. It also shows as soon as it is paid which is great.
It does me for what I need to do.
I can't comment as I haven't used any other.

Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Charms Office Assistant, Homecare Homebase
It is good for doing mileage as you can use a map to show the routes you took. However, it doesn't allow for alternative routes that you may have had to take due to road closures, etc.
