Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

I think my business had issues collating around 40-50 people's monthly expenses with a spreadsheet that we used. We had only 1 person in the accounts looking after the expense accounts procedure. Finding Webexpenses was truly a revelation for this, as it made all the external staff more accountable for the expense procedure themselves.

Cons

  • Exchange rates for overseas expenses
  • Photography of the receipts could be better, sometimes doesn't identify them
  • Saves time for me as an employee
  • Individual more accountable
It could be improved by the things mentioned previously like the capturing of the receipts with the photography and I would like it to incorporate international travel by having an exchange rate built-in where it can convert back to pounds. Maybe it can be linked in some way to your own credit card or debit card but overall really easy to use.

When traveling around in day-to-day work, being able to take photos of receipts is a godsend. You can just take photos of the receipts and throw them away as they are captured. Could be better maybe if it was linked to your card for expenses where tap and go is used especially on trains and underground this is relevant
