Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
I think my business had issues collating around 40-50 people's monthly expenses with a spreadsheet that we used. We had only 1 person in the accounts looking after the expense accounts procedure. Finding Webexpenses was truly a revelation for this, as it made all the external staff more accountable for the expense procedure themselves.

Yes, the submission process is quick and usually answered by my team straight away as they get email notification. I haven't used the invoice processing procedure, but one click for the submission process and you are done and then as mentioned the email gets sent to the manager for approval.
