Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

We use Webexpenses to manage staff expense reimbursement

Pros

  • Easy to navigate
  • Efficient workflow

Cons

  • When claiming mileage and using the map function, I find it super hard to customise my journey where I'm not using the system default journey. It's nearly impossible so most times I end up using the default, even though it may be smaller milleage
  • If i have multiple claims open, when using the phone app I find it hard to switch between claims. That's not a problem on the website
