Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Webexpenses to submit our expenses so it can be organized for our accounting team to sort through and pay out our expenses when approved by our managers in a timely manner.

Organize our monthy expenses

remind us when receipt is missing

Cons

it separates our expenses into different submittals if we do not finish inputting all in one day
sometimes hard to tell if everything has been saved properly
with all the drop down boxes and areas to fill out it can sometimes be a bit time consuming

Usability

it is pretty easy to navigate through the site even if you didn't have formal training on it. Once you've done it once you catch on pretty quickly how to use it.

I think it is most appropriate when your company has over 100 people that your accounting department has to sort expenses for since sending emails with expenses can get overwhelming for them. I don't think it would be necessary if your company has less then 100 people as it might be easier to sort through emails as there wouldn't be as many coming in.
