Great for processing claims

We use Webexpenses to manage expense claims. We operate globally, and this entails several business travels where staff members incur costs for flights, accommodation, meals, and some incidentals. These costs are typically paid by the staff members first and then reimbursed on their return from the business travels. The challenge is that capturing these costs is sometimes delayed due to the manual reimbursement process. Webexpenses made this process easier and automated for our staff members.
