Use Cases and Deployment Scope

To keep in control of the employee claims, making sure they valid and associated to the correct department and description of the purchase. Takes away chasing to get the receipts from the staff within a reasonable time frame. We can assign the costs associated to each client to confirm we are allocated correct resources and managing customers appropriately. Provides a snap shot of outgoing costs.
