Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses

Webexpenses allows me to buy items at reduced cost and then ensuring I'm reimbursed in a timely manner, It would be good if it intergrated with a personal credit card, also its a shame if something is rejected then the rest of the claim could be approved leaving the one item in query.

  • improved efficiency as issues are dealt with promptly
The fact that you can use both the desktop version and mobile version of the platform
the support I have received has always been good but it's a product that is really easy to use.
SAP Concur is a very similar product and I had two company credit cards whilst using the programme so I'm not sure how this compares but I'm sure the integration is similar.

When I've purchased something at over a 50% saving to the company where this would not be possible through normal vendors.

I once had a claim rejected due to one item and it's a shame that the rest of the claim could'nt be approved leaving the one item in query
