Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
I own and operate my own PT clinic. Web PT helps keep my client list and schedule organized. The PT clinic that I operate is a private practice that is currently just 1 PT (me) providing clinical care. Which can become difficult to keep up with the clerical work of sorting and organizing patient information. WebPT has made collecting data and sorting it to where it needs to be easier which in turn saves time for me to spend > time with my clients.
- navigating pt charts is easy
- Web PT Reach does a great job of collecting patient information in advance
- having the ability to see and adjust my schedule from home is a nice feature that I did not have previously working for another group.
- I would like to see > stability of the software. I have had time when Web PT has gone down and I am not able to consistently access my schedule .
- I'd like to have a more direct way of moving from the patient demographic/information screen to the patient chart, in one "click"
