We've used WebPT as our EMR with good success. It's a great company with great product and very pro PT. Improvements to EBV would be helpful for us, we tried it for a few months however the benefits sheet was very lengthy, not only related to PT, and not correct for some patients.

WebPT is best EMR we've used yet and is a very pro PT company. The software is very user friendly, simply, compliant, etc. Again the WebPT conference is always great, helpful info, good relationship building, and great for our company and the profession. We're very happy with using WebPT and have no intentions of any changes.

Like I mentioned before, WebPT is very pro PT company and provides many great resources but above all I like the Ascend conference for many reasons. Networking, growth, Con Ed, and just learning more or staying up with the latest trends in the profession. We will be with WebPT for long time.
WebPT makes documenting very simple yet compliant, prompting anything that my have been left out of a note or evaluation and making it simple to correct or fix. ALso Therabill is user friendly and a great addition to the software as well. We like all services so far and will not be making any changes.
Much better all the way around! More user friendly, compliant, easy on the therapists and billers, etc. WebPT constantly evolves and improves with added services or features all of which have been helpful for us so far. We will be staying with WebPT for the for seeable future and no plans to change.

WebPT is the EMR program we use for all day to day documentation, scheduling, etc for our practice and our patients. It is very user friendly, compliant, cost effective, and therapist owned. They are very pro PT company and also provide lost of resources to help our practice out. It's the best EMR we've used.
WebPT has their own support, our staff does not have to support the software. Web PT has their own support and is available via phone call, chat, or email. They are very responsive and helpful to resolve any issues we may come across. I highly recommend Web PT as they are the best out there.

We are very happy with Web PT, have no plans of changing. As I mentioned before it is compliant, user friendly, simple to use, offers great deal of training and con ed, supply purchasing, etc. Web PT is also very pro PT and very involved in the advancement of the profession.

The entire EMR program was replaced, documentation, scheduling, and billing was all replaced by Web PT. They are very user friendly, set up was easy, multilocation options are great, new hire additions are simple. The software is just easier to use and simple as well as compliant. We are very happy with the change.

Cloud based makes it easy for all employees to log in and use from any location including smart phones. Multilocation features work great with us having 4 locations and can scale easily. It is also very user friendly and simple to use yet compliant as well with always changing healthcare and insurances laws.

They offer many options like chat, email, or call options to connect or report things or issues. Once reported the issues are resolved very quickly and efficiently. WebPT has great support.

I own and operate my own PT clinic. Web PT helps keep my client list and schedule organized. The PT clinic that I operate is a private practice that is currently just 1 PT (me) providing clinical care. Which can become difficult to keep up with the clerical work of sorting and organizing patient information. WebPT has made collecting data and sorting it to where it needs to be easier which in turn saves time for me to spend > time with my clients.

  • having the ability to see and adjust my schedule from home is a nice feature that I did not have previously working for another group.
  • I would like to see > stability of the software. I have had time when Web PT has gone down and I am not able to consistently access my schedule .

Web PT seems to work well with traditional privately owned clinics. In my specific situation Web PT was not a perfect fit as my clinic is operated in tandem with an Urgent Care that is in the same building. Although my clinic is separate from the Urgent Care, I do use their billing contracts to be able to charge insurances. Initially we did attempt to set up the Web PT billing service, but this became too complicated to keep the urgent care and PT clinic separated. The alternative that we went with was to use the Medical Billers inside of Urgent Care to take care of my billing needs.

We have four locations and are using WebPT as our EHR across our whole organization. We are an outpatient rehab facility and it fits well with our facility. It allows our providers to well document patient cases. It is a solid EHR and pretty easy to use, front to back. I would recommend WebPT to any organization looking for an EHR.

The billing software, Therabill, is a bit antiquated. They really need to update billing. We went from OptimisPT / AdvancedMD. It was like taking 20 steps back. The reporting in Therabill is not anywhere near as up-to-date as AMD. They really need to update Therabill. The migration between WebPT and Therabill is usually pretty smooth.

OptimisPT is a decent EHR. However, it is very expensive; along with the billing software. WebPT is a good EHR and very inexpensive for what you get. Between the two, WebPT is solid, trustworthy, and budget friendly. The software is always up-to-date. You're always notified when there is going to be maintenance.

We have used WebPT for the last EIGHT years. During onboarding and while using the system, customer service was polite and typically efficient. As a small fee-for-service clinic the resources within WebPT were underutilized and the cost was ultimately no longer justifiable. Once I contacted the team to navigate the process of cancelling and exporting files, communication became deplorable - neither emails nor phone calls were returned reasonably. I was told the export process would take 2-5 days and planned accordingly with the import to the new system. The day before the export I still had no communication from WebPT to confirm this export and upon calling support was made aware that the "expert" who was in charge of my export told me the wrong email address to send documentation. The support team did confirm the potential start of my export date, though said not to be surprised if it takes longer than five days! This impacts an entire week of scheduling patients and beginning a new system. The schedule does not readily transfer from WebPT either. I'm extremely disappointed in WebPT's efforts to make this a confusing process, their poor communication, and disregard for a long term customer. I will never recommend.

Best suited for large clinics with multiple locations or facilities with large budgets. This system does not make sense for a small clinic or for any clinics that are fee-for-service or provide specialized services.
