Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
We use WebPT for scheduling, documentation, and HEP. WebPT is the best EMR for us and provides us with unlimited materials to help provide the best experience for our patients. I am a patient client care coordinator and mostly handle scheduleing and payment processing. In this role I have had a very positive experience with the WebPT scheduler and payment systems. It is easy to use and enjoy the ability to manipulate the schedule and appt colors to best complement every service we provide at our facility. As we are a smaller facility the WebPT Billing was not as helpful for us and we do not utilize any longer so this was the only negative to the software we have come by, everything else has been very helpful and beneficial to our company.

- WebPT billing: better communication within billing department and timelyness of account management duties
- Network Speed and Maintenence: Maintenence request are adressed in a timely manner, however, there are constant glitches that effect our entire facility
- Appointment Reminder: The REACH NPS and outreach via email is really helpful however the appointment reminders through WebPT we have had issues with and reached out for assitance multiple times but there are constant errors that need to be addressed.
- The customizable schedular and waitlist allows us to reduce the amount of empty spots on our schedule due to cx. We are able to fill slots in a timely manner to boost our productivity
- The reporting feature specifically for authorizations allos us to very closely track all authorization across all pt's to increase our revenue.
WebPT supports our business and values by allowing us to configure a unique and personal POC and HEP for each patient, offer various self pay services, and create a personalized schedule for our Therapist to enhance their treatment times and our productivetly
With WebPT reports we can keep track of all patients requiring authorizations, plan of care compliance and missed notes.
