Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

I was introduced to WebPT when I worked for a previous employer. When I started my own PT business, I needed an EMR to document my visits and fax notes to doctors. I had found WebPT to be user friendly so decided to purchase for my own business needs and it has worked very well for me.

I find WebPT to be very user friendly and necessary for my PT business needs. It is easy for me to document notes and fax them to doctors. The documentation is set up to include everything I need to bill insurance companies and I have had no problems receiving reimbursement. I find that I'm able to do everything I need with the basic package which saves on expenses.
