Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
I work for a billing company that specializes in Outpatient Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy. I'm able to access all of our clients' practices using one WebPT login, which makes changing practices easy. WebPT is user friendly and not overly complicated. The reports offer multiple ways to generate them, and all are exportable to an excel spreadsheet.
- The reports are easy to use and read.
- Dashboard provides a lot of useful information to run your practice.
- System is user friendly and easy to navigate.
- WebPT doesn't keep have a way to track a user's activity. If you find registration errors within a patients chart you are unable to see which user registered the patient.
- Sometimes the support team isn't able to assist with an issue and it is moved to the tier two team, who is supposed to send an update regarding the issue but a lot of times you don't receive an update or have to ask what the status is.
- WebPT's Analytics reports allow us to provide objective data to practice owners and give ideas on how they can improve their overall reimbursement.
This is not applicable for me.
WebPT keeps up with ICD 10 code updates, along with any changes to CCI edits, and Medicare guideline changes. They are very good at communicating these changes on the dashboard and in the community.
WebPT is more cost effective than NextGen and the overall user experience is much easier in WebPT.
