WebPT Delivers

I have been using WebPT for my PT practice for approximately 8 years. It is an excellent EMR/Scheduler and we have since added other components that have improved our efficiencies in collecting payments, electronic benefit verification, patient education, and patient outreach/marketing. First of all, WebPT has provided a very good EMR for us to provide accurate and timely documentation for patient care. The documentation then ties directly into our billing to create efficiencies, compliance, and accuracy which is paramount to our practice. The WebPT HEP has improved the efficiency of documentation, patient education, and patient communication. Last, the WebPT Reach platform helps us with retaining business, attracting new business, and providing a quality tool so we can track the effectiveness of our services.

WebPT ties the note directly to the bill to ensure compliance on most regulations and help prevent claim denials. We had a Medicare audit a few years back and thanks to WebPT assisting our physical therapists be compliant and accurate with their documentation we passed with flying colors.
