We utilize WebPT for our physical therapy patients. The product allows us to be more compliant, it's user friendly, and makes billing extremely easy. We had a few issues getting our monthly subscription figured out which is the only reason I didn't rate WebPT as a 10. The customer service, I feel, could be better when it comes to addressing certain issues.
