Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
Currently I use WebPT from a billing standpoint to calculate POS sales, keep track of authorizations, view patient's insurance information, view scanned documents such as referral and insurance cards, and view daily notes for verification. I mostly use the Therabill side of WebPT for billing, ERA's, collections, patient statements, and snapshot reports.

- Quick and easy web support
- Bill initially to Agent setting in WebPT for LOP patients
- Improved productivity
The function that automatically applies certain modifiers helps from a billing standpoint
We currently use WebPT and Therabill together, billing and collections runs smoothly using these products
