Overall Satisfaction with WebPT
We use WebPT as our EMR operating system, as well as their integrated billing module Therabill. These products have streamlined our proccesses by moving us away from paper patient charts. No more dictating/typing reports, manual faxing, hand written daily notes. And the front desk job responsibilities have thus been drastically reduced.

This is our first experience with EMR, so it may feel more drastic to us than others; but it's been a huge change and a positive one!
I am definitely happy with the safeguards WebPT has in place for compliance and "Clean claims".
