Overall Satisfaction with WebPT

We use WebPT for scheduling, patient charts, tracking payments, and documenting medical services. I like how the patient charts are organized. They make it easy to find information. The treatment notes and documentation are straightforward to use, which I appreciate as a biller. I also like that I can access the EMR from anywhere since it is cloud-based.

Pros

Cons

  • I would like to see better integration between WebPT and Therabill.
  • The screen for entering patient payments is a bit cumbersome.
  • Fewer missed appointments with their reminder texts.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Easier to respond to requests for medical records since everything is in the same place (rather than having to search through physical files).

WebPT is great for practices with multiple therapists. It's really helpful to have a cloud-based calendar that all employees can access. If you are practicing with only one therapist, it may not be necessary to use WebPT.
