Overall Satisfaction with Webroot Email Security Powered by Zix

Our enterprise uses Zix to provide seamless in-line encryption for sensitive content. We love the ease of use for our end-users as well as the rule-based automation. Interactions with support have been very responsive and knowledgeable. Overall the best feature is the integration with 3rd party tools such as MS Outlook, which provide users a push-button ease of use.

Using Webroot Email Security Powered by Zix

250 - Multiple business units, from Technology to Ops and Finance. We deploy the Zix plugin to all clients using email, and also have the appliance in-line with all of our encrypted emails flowing through Zix.
2 - Supported by our Email and systems engineering team. We have 1 primary engineer and a 2nd backup engineer for supporting the solution. This is a very low level of effort solution to support and is pretty much self-feeding.
