Overall Satisfaction with When I Work

We use When I Work across the organization for scheduling our seasonal staff members.
  • Schedule publishing.
  • Texting members.
  • Connecting to our payroll.
  • We've had fewer call-ins or people saying they didn't know the schedule. On the app, the employees have to confirm their schedules so we know that they've seen what days they are supposed to come in.
  • Managers spend less time scheduling because the software works so well.
We have never had an issue with their support. We love the chat feature and our questions can get answered very quickly.

It's a great product, but hard to integrate with anything else that we have. As a stand-alone though, we really like it and it works great for our time keeping needs.
