Overall Satisfaction with WiseStamp
No customer service. I don't know why I renewed, I could never get it to work.
It always falls off my emails, and I have to reload and reload. I have never gotten any customer help or support. Once three years ago, they emailed me back.
If you want to spend money on aggravation, go for it. When it did work and stay loaded, it looked nice, but way too much aggravation and no customer service.
