Use Cases and Deployment Scope

At our company we use WiseStamp for all employee signatures. WiseStamp helps us keep our signatures not only look professional, but give the people being emailed an easy way to schedule meetings, calls, go to our website, and our social media. We have been using them for just over two years now and like how easy it is to modify everyone signature and to integrate with our system.

Pros and Cons

Pros

User friendly: the program is intuitive and making adjustments is easy and straightforward.
Creating multiple signatures: we have been able to create one set of signatures for our office and the other for our factory. WiseStamp makes it easy to group employees and assign different signatures.
Design: we're fans of the designs that are available and the banners that we can easily implement around the holidays or if we're having a sale.

Cons

Sometimes it's tricky to get phone numbers and extensions to be placed in the order that you'd like. That could do with some adjusting.

Return on Investment

For us, being a smaller company, having a signature that is uniform and looks professional is so important. We don't have years of being around and every little bit of professionalism lends itself not only to our value but the potential that we hold.

Usability

Really it's how user friendly it is and how simple it is to inject signatures into employees accounts. Every time that someone new is hired I don't need to create a signature from scratch, but instead can adjust the format that I have saved. After that, I can inject it directly into people's signature because WiseStamp is integrated with our G-Suite.

Alternatives Considered

I genuinely can't remember the names of the other ones that I tried out, but so many were either more expensive or required that each individual at the company be somewhat savvy when it came to the ins and outs of Gmail. Our company has many employees who are older so directing them to input their own signature led to a lot of issues.

This has been great for our company as it is a smaller one. WiseStamp makes for such an easy way to design uniform signatures, while also allowing for each individual signature to be adjusted when necessary. Another great thing is scheduling banners to pop up when campaigns or holidays are coming up.
