Overall Satisfaction with WiseStamp

We created professional email signatures that connect our email recipients to our social media, websites, and our employees. They have increased webpage traffic and makes us look cohesive as a company. We were previously using a static image as a signature and it would come in differently to all of our email recipients. We have noticed an increase in webpage visits and we think this is one of the reasons.

Pros

  • The templates are great starting points
  • It is simple and clear on how to apply these email signatures to multiple users
  • The instructions for mobile, Gmail, Outlook, etc. are very helpful and I love that we can use it across multiple platforms

Cons

  • It was a little unclear on how to use the desktop app/ integrate it easily
  • We use it on a very basic level so I am not sure what is missing that other people might be looking for, but it did everything we wanted
  • More traffic to webpage
  • Social media page awareness to our clients
  • Professional looking/ cohesive signatures from the entire team
I have only used it on a basic level, but everything that I have used has worked how I expected. I wish the desktop app was a little more clear on why/when to use it, but I definitely have gotten what I wanted out of the product. I am a big fan of the product.
Some of the other products just did not work across the several platforms my coworkers use - Apple Mail, Outlook, Gmail + mobile versions of all of these. And if they did, it was not clear how. There was a point where it wanted me to use coding and I just don't have time for that.

We have a small group using it- not sure how it would perform for a larger network, but I highly recommend it to people in a similar business as me. I will be looking into more of the features and begin updating our signatures so I will get to know more of the functions as we use it more.
