Overall Satisfaction with WiseStamp

We were finding it difficult to control employees email signatures and keep a consistent brand image around the company. We invested in WiseStamp in order to take control of our company image essentially.

Another plus is being able to easily control email banners in line with sales campaigns without the need to wait on and involve our IT guy.

Pros

  • Gives us a professional, polished image
  • Aligns all employees signatures
  • Gives us easy control of campaigns

Cons

  • I feel that there could be more user control in adapting the layout of signatures
  • It would be good if you could apply similar edits across multiple different signatures
  • I've not found anything else I'd change yet!
  • We've had lots of positive comments from customers about our new signatures, so it's definitely improved our professional credibility.
  • We've not had it in place long enough to measure any ROI.
It's pretty intuitive to use and fairly easy to personalise if you play around with some of the features.

The support staff were very good also at walking us through the features during the set up.

WiseStamp is perfect for marketing teams who want to easily change and track email banners in conjunction with sales campaigns and to personalise and humanise their brand with nice add-ons like Halloween icons for example.
