Overall Satisfaction with WiseStamp

We use WiseStamp to create standardized signatures across our organization. The platform allows us to integrate with Office 365 and use information for each employee so that they cannot change what their signature looks like. This allows us to ensure that our signatures all have a consistent look to our customers and vendors.

  • Allow admin user to customize templates
  • Standardizing signatures give one look to the customer
  • Ability to have multiple group signatures allows us to make each department stand out
  • Integrating with Office 365 lets us onboard new users immediately
Easy to onboard Office 365 and update user lists on a daily basis means that new employee signatures are automatically created. Using the integration with our Office 365 tenant means that user signatures are the same on all of their devices including Outlook on laptops and the web, Outlook on their phones, Outlook on their tablets as well as native phone and tablet email apps.

This program is well suited to a company with a large number of users where signatures need to be standardized across the entire company or multiple divisions or departments. The ability to interface with different platforms including Office 365 and Google Mail makes the platform very easy for the layman to use.
