Overall Satisfaction with Wistia

We use it for both of our companies. We implemented it in our main business website to track potential leads. We also implemented it into our portfolio business website to track the demographic of our viewers. We wanted to find out who looked at our portfolio website and who continued onto our business page. Our final products for clients are video, so Wistia enables us to post our videos on a platform that gives us feedback to improve or continue doing what we do.
  • Track specific viewers to approach and turn into leads
  • Clean platform that embeds well
  • Embeds sometimes don't play well with wordpress themes
  • Occasionally have to manually fix embed code to work correctly
  • Faster lead conversion
  • Sending potential leads to certain landing page and seeing if they watch - how far they watch - and what they watch next
Vimeo pro and Youtube. Youtube's embeds are messy and end in a mess of videos that aren't retailed to my product. Vimeo pro has analytics and embed options. However wistia takes the mess out of embeds and gives the in depth analytic options along with other platform embeds.
There are other options out there that would work for my company. However the platform is superior to the others that we have used. I will most likely renew when the time comes. The idea that the product is still evolving and adding new options is intriguing to stay with Wistia.
It is a nice platform if you are willing to pay for a video platform solution. There are other platforms out there that are free and work just as well. The extra analytics are a plus but with the work that I use it for, not all of the information is needed.
