Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are handling large-scale traffic from Google when it spikes. We have extensive social media profiles on Facebook and get much traffic from Google News and Discovery. This means that traffic can be very unpredictable, and we need to make sure that our servers "just work" when there is a spike in traffic. Any downtime is lost revenue literally by the second. WPVIP ensures everything is running, no matter the traffic volume, and running/loading fast!!

Fast support when there are issues.
They always want you to be happy.
Scale is not an issue for traffic, it just works.

Cons

I wish there were insights on making our website use fewer resources and performance recommendations for my web developers.

Sometimes, their responses/replies get delayed. There are times when I have issues, and they are time-sensitive. Depending on the time of day, it could take a while to get any kind of initial response.
