Overall Satisfaction with WORKetc CRM
We use WORKetc as our main portal and centre of operations. It allows us to manage the delivery of multiple projects to our clients and stay on top of everything that goes on.

- Cloud access - including mobile devices
- Gantt Charts for managing timelines of projects - including templated projects
- Its great for delivery of emails and files to clients - very streamlined.
- I think the billing/invoicing system can be improved further - as well as integration to Freshbooks - currently Xero and QuickBooks are supported.
- I think the email marketing system with autoresponders could add another string to the bow of WorkETC - currently it's reasonably basic
- Tags management for contacts and projects could be explained and done a bit better.
- It certainly provides us a more streamlined level of managing delivery of projects
- Creates a high level of professionalism in the eyes of our clients because of constant management and contact
- We've gone from managing 3-5 projects to now having up to 20 projects running concurrently and we're not dropping the ball on any of them,

WORKetc is much better because it is integrated with a number of key modules that we use all the time. It's also proven to be very robust in its operation and search facility of managing over 4000 contacts. We also like it because it provides a great level of certainty that projects are being delivered along Gantt chart based deliverables.
