Overall Satisfaction with WORKetc CRM
WORKetc is cloud based, thus its accessible any where. The Gantt Charts are great for managing timelines of projects. However, the billing/invoicing features have room for improvement. The email marketing features could be more robust.

- Email the client directly from the help ticket and get your reply back in the ticket
- Keep track of how long projects take and be able to get a avg time it takes for projects to get done.
No software can keep up with the on going upgrading that WORKetc adjusts to in the market today.
