- Ease of customization that does not require the use of specialized consultants.

- Need more large-number-of-user type customers view points/use cases.

- Through the use of request queues we have made vast improvement in the R&D resource request and approval process to improve human resource budget planning and tracking.

We chose Workfront for its user interface, project and portfolio capabilities, resource capacity planning capabilities, IT ticketing capability, ease of system management being SaaS, ease of understand the licensing model, and the ease of implementation (not needing a team of people and multi-month implementation before training can begin).
