Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
We use Workfront in the information services department to better manage projects and determine capacity and resource planning.
- Centralize projects in one solution
Pros
- We have been able to automate a project Intake process to better prioritize projects.
- With better understanding of actual time spent on different stages, we are better able to determine our capacity and manage resources better.
Cons
- Capacity planning and strategic resource planning could be improved.
- Integration with time keeping and HR systems would help to reduce duplicative entry for PTO.
- I believe it has helped us measure our time and projects but the challenge is comparing them to nothing we were measuring.
The client support has been excellent. They are very interested in our success. Highly recommended and appreciated.
