Workfront Product Review
Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
Mainly used by just a few departments but seems to be growing into more areas of use. Marketing uses Workfront to assign jobs for print and digital. Some other departments (including mine) use it to manage complex projects across multiple departments. I also use Workfront as a tool to keep me on track in my own job role by assigning myself tasks which helps me keep track of my to-do list.

Pros
- Manages proofs through a series of users with approvals and edits
- Robust reporting
- Allows great visibility to project status
Cons
- Better "help topic" search ability
- More advanced reporting techniques and syntax
- Allows us to better manage complex processes across multiple departments.
- It has impacted my personal workload in a positive way. I have never felt so productive.
I have called the help desk multiple times and have had satisfactory results with the call center.
