Great solution for large marketing departments that can't seem to get organized.
Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
It is being used by our marketing department. It is supposed to help with transparency within the organization and to help improve project traffic flow. It should implement our entire process from project initiation through review and production.

Pros
- Very robust and can be flexible
- Easy to organize many projects at one time
- Can help facilitate complicated workflows
Cons
- Better initial setup
- Better initial training on processes
- Confusing overlapping processes (multiple approval workflows on top of one another)
- It has slowed productivity, but made us more focused on our process
- It has increased transparency and highlighted bottlenecks
- Our workflows are more rigid and followed
I did not, however we need to as many of our workflows are broken in our implementation.
