Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
Workfront is being used across the whole organization. We use workfront to automatically push the necessary tasks to the person responsible for completing it. We also use it to keep track of individual projects and the status of them. We also use a lot of different reports.
- Workfront provides a central location for our company to use. We can always check the status of a project and know where it is and when it will be completed.
- Workfront's reporting system is very efficient. You can customize reports with all of the information already in Workfront and get the information you need without extra information you do not need.
- Workfront can be customized to fit your needs. Out of the box, it would not have worked as we liked, but with time and assistance, we were able to customize it into a very valuable tool.
- The only area I think there is room for improvement is the updates. I have been a system administrator since Workfront was AtTask. Every time there is an update, something we have customized ends up breaking.
- Workfront has increased our production. No one has to wait until someone assigns the next task, it just moves forward automatically.
- Workfront allows us to manage the work of all the employees and see when things are taking longer than planned or when someone has a lot of work and another person is idle.
- The Gantt allows us to fill out assignments quickly and in one place. We can assign all of the tasks and know that the project will move along the necessary stages until completion.
Workfront is a much better product than Salesforce. Workfront has a much better reporting system and can pull necessary details from just about any field or box. Workfront has better work flow templates and is much more customizable. Additionally, we can do a lot of the customizing on our own. With Salesforce, we spent a lot of time calling customer support to find we could not do what we wanted.
