Overall Satisfaction with Workfront
Workfront is now front and centre in our delivery of IT projects in our organisation. It has shone a light on all of our projects, ensuring that everyone from people on the front line to senior management have a clear vision of what we are doing, why we are doing it, and when.
- Centralize projects in one solution
Pros
- It has a very flexible reporting engine that enables us to surface data of all sorts.
- It is very intuitive.
- It has a clean interface making it very easy to use.
Cons
- The resource management engine needs improvement.
- There is little functionality in the programme area.
- Some simple reports, e.g. display TOP TEN, does not exist.
- Increased recharge revenue.
- Increased visibility of areas where projects are not recharged.
- Greater visibility and control of stage gates, ensuring we are working on and prioritising the right projects.
Mixed. Good up front sales, but poor initial support post implementation. Better now.
