- Centralize projects in one solution
Workfront keeps us organized and on point with all of our project tracking. This is essential for our autonomous nature and overall value everyone brings to the team.

- Workfront limits the ability to change the field structure making each form become longer and longer with unnecessary information
- Workfront does not offer the ability to hide fields that are deemed unnecessary for my organization
- Workfront can become too complex and overbearing on workload management by entering in hours per task and so on. Instead offer hours involved per project overall.
- Workfront assist us with overall project workloads and pipline activity.
- Workfront saves time filing out status updates that can now be used to focus in other areas

Workfront is the large enterprise version of a simple project management tracking software. It covers all the right areas one needs but also can become too complex at the same time. It is all about how the end user applies the features and overall process flow. The software is very easy to use making it user friendly to anyone just starting out with it. All the various reports have proven to be beneficial for all areas of our team.
We utilize workfront for our internal and external collaboration. Internally it has been critical for workload allocation, task assignments, and project pipeline status. This information has also proven to be successful when granting external users access to view their project status and follow up on any areas where their involvement is needed.
We utilized Workfront's team to assist with building out the web portal and development of our process flow. The assistance was very valuable and got our feet off the ground running strong full speed ahead. Overall we are very satisfied with the product and its ability to keep the team moving forward on task and on target.
